Who We Are

Hi! I’m Marta.

I began my career in the fashion photography industry in Toronto before moving to Hamilton and opening my own studio. The studio specializes in Portrait, Fashion, and Branding Photography. I bring my 30 years of fashion experience to every photoshoot. My work can be seen in magazines and billboards across Hamilton, the GTA, and internationally.

MARTA HEWSON

Hi! I’m Katelyn.

I have 2 jobs here at the studio! I am the Studio Administrator, the first person of contact for answering questions and booking photoshoots. I am the one who will be greeting you!

Secondly, I am the in-house Hair and Makeup Artist! I have been doing makeup for over 10 years now, working on anything from film and tv, weddings, photoshoots, teaching, you name it! Anything related to makeup and art, I’m in! 

My love for makeup and working with new faces brought me to the studio about 8 years ago where I first worked with Marta. Her creative vibes, positive attitude, work ethic, and connection to others made me want to work here all the time!

OUR Studio

Although we really Love shooting on location (indoors or out… and we do it often) we are happy to spend much of our time in this magical space. Here we are either shooting, or editing, or running workshops and events, or just socializing with friends and clients. The studio is bright and inviting and has large windows that flood it with delightful natural light… mmmmmm, vitamin D! In this relaxing and comfortable space, our clients can sit and enjoy some refreshments during a shooting break, listen to their favourite music, and take in the luxury experience we aim to offer.
